Terms of Service

By accessing or using That Sky ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
That Sky is a web application that generates photorealistic sky images based on historical meteorological data for a given date, time, and location. Images are AI-generated and reconstructed from real weather data — they are artistic representations, not factual records.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
The Service operates on a credit system. Free credits are provided monthly and reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Purchased credits do not expire. Credits are non-refundable except in cases of service failure, where credits are automatically returned.
Payments are processed by Stripe. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of service. That Sky does not store your payment information. All sales are final unless a generation failure occurs, in which case your credit is automatically refunded.
Images generated through the Service are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may download and share generated images freely, provided they are not used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. The copyright of generated images belongs to you, the user. The That Sky name, logo, and branding remain the property of the Service operator.
You may not use the Service to generate content for resale, automated bulk generation, or any purpose that violates applicable law. Abuse of the referral system or credit system may result in account termination.
The Service is provided "as is." Generated images are AI reconstructions based on historical data and do not represent exact conditions. We make no guarantees of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, That Sky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
